Summer Lyn Glau is an American actress who was born on the 24^th of July, 1981 and is currently 34 years of age. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A as the eldest of three daughters born to a contractor father and a school teaching mother. Having brought up as an American, she has mixed ancestry of German and Irish. A prolific ballerina from a young age, Summer had received a scholarship from a ballet institute. As a result, she was home schooled till the age of 12, as to dedicate more time in dancing. Apart from ballet, she was also good at tango as well as flamenco. But a sad accident broke her toe, and she wasn’t allowed to dance again. As a result, she moved to L.A to try acting and later established herself in it.
