R. City or Planet VI, professionally known as Rock City is a musical duo, which is basically known for its RNB style of music, including some Pop, Hip Hop and Reggae fusion. This musical duo is formed by two Brothers Theron Thomas and Timothy Thomas, who are the natives of Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands, United States of America. Both these brothers were born in a middle class family to father Morgan Thomas, who was a small time musical instruments businessman and their mother was a piano teacher for the primary school. They both went to study at the Charlotte Amalie High School as children, and were performers in their school’s dance group. They are both American by nationality and belong to Afro- American ethnicity.

After being inspired by their mother towards music, they discovered the power of team work where one of them would write music and the other would make it into a song. Then in the year 2000, after graduating high school they both went to Miami, Florida in order to pursue their career towards music. Their expedition took some harsh tides and the boat was not stable until 2003, after which they have had a pretty smooth and successful journey till date.

After making some street music in the roads of Miami, the R. City brothers were seen in some music videos, primarily of musicians like Kardinal Offishall and Verse Simmonds. These small but important chances opened their door towards bigger opportunities as they made links with other big starts. Slowly, they were seen sharing stage with other musicians like Adam Levine and Akon, who were bi stars towards the beginning of 2000. In 2006, they got their first chance to record their own song, which was "The Rain," and it was included in Akon’s super hit album “Konvicted”. Dreams were starting to turn real with fame slowly building up and more links and contracts for songs with artists like Ashlee Simpson, Nicole Scherzinger, Usher, Sean Kingston etc.

Not much is known regarding the personal life of these guys, and there are no public images or paparazzi information that points towards any of their girlfriends. There is no record whatsoever of them dating anyone; which raises suspicions towards the rumors of them being sexually gay.
