Robert Rodriguez born as Robert Anthony Rodriguez is an American director/ producer/ cinematographer/ editor as well as a musician and now a cloth designer.

He was born on the 20^th of June, 1968 (his current age is 46 years old) in Austin, Texas, United States of America. He was born to Mexican immigrant parents Cecilio Rodriguez and Rebecca Rodriguez.

He is a Christian by religion and an American by birth. He attended the local St. Anthony High School in San Antonio and after graduation studied at College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin.

From the age of 11, he had a deep interest in film shooting as his dad had gifted a Video Camera (VCR) which was attached to a playing train. When at school, he was permitted to shoot the school’s sports competition.

He was immediately fired after his shots we not what the school team was hoping for.
